Somewhere to sit and watch the bees

In honour of Fraser, who made us a bench today:

It’s from one of my favourite blogs, we love stationery. If you get a thrill from a new set of pens, long for nice writing paper and have more notebooks than are strictly good for you (my current tally = 10), then you really should take a look.

But back to the bench.

It used to be a railway sleeper before it was cut into four and stacked to make a handsome place to rest our weary bones in the back garden. It’s amazing what you can do with a chainsaw and a bit of know-how.
